Concepts is a neighborhood bar with strippers; friendly, clean and not expensive. Smoking is allowed but was not oppressive when I was there, 4 to 5 PM. Admission was $5, sodas are $2.50, beer is $3 to $5.

There were five dancers in the 6 to 8 category, their dancing was in the 7 to 9 range. BUT now for the drawback they are wearing latex on their nipples, its a thin covering but still a turnoff.

The stage is knee high with chairs around. LD's are on padded benches behind a five foot wall with a 'guardian' watching for hand violations. LD's are $15, $10 on Tuesday, two for $25 Thursday. Very good grind in the right place.

The latex knocked this for an 8 to a 7 rating. Concepts is a great value for a cheap, good grind LD especially around the Cincinnati area. Only the Playpen in Wilder is as good.
