Rick's is a good stand-by and convenient when out to dinner in the French Quarter. My wife and I got in and were escorted to the main stage where several ladies danced vigorously for us. Usually couples are a magnet and we get attention from the dancers pretty quickly but oddly enough no one approached us except for the waitress to order our obligatory over-priced drinks which were good. We had not been here in several years but it was still clean, well decorated, but very quiet compared to our earlier visit. Fianlly one of the dancers approached us and we flirtatiously chatted for a while until she went onstaged herself. We enjoyed her performance, tipped her well then headed back to the hotel. In all it was a pleasant if subduded experience. I was told that it doesn't get that busy until the evening.
