I prefer PP in the afternoons...

I prefer PP in the afternoons -- less crowded, lower decibel level, still a good selection of dancers -- but recently when I've been in Columbia my afternoons are booked, so I decided to try a Sunday evening to see if it was more like the afternoon atmosphere. Most SCs are hit and miss on Sundays, and this Sunday was mostly a miss.

About 10 dancers, mostly 7s, when I walked in around 7PM, but there were more later. Not that many customers, and even fewer willing to spend any money. A few of the dancers pointed out "guys that come here every day and never tip or buy dances" with disgust. Not much energy in the room, even for a Sunday, and I felt a little like fresh meat in the lion's den when I arrived.

Not long after arriving I was approached by a very hands-on brunette, a 7, but with a weird, nasal laugh. Eventually took her for a couple of dances. Good mileage, but I wanted to take a look at the rest of the talent. Since there was no one near the stage, I went up and took a seat. For the first time I noticed that there are speakers located directly under the stage. I put one of the $2 bills I got in change on the stage and watched it dance around to the thumping bass. Still loud here, but not as loud as on previous trips. Did some tipping, got several great stevies, and then eventually had to get up as the music thumping had the predictable effect on my bladder.
