I drove by Jolly Roger the first time looking for the golf course across the street. I spotted the sign advertising inexpensive hamburgers and instantly knew I had to check the place out -- some of the best burgers I've eaten have been in bars that look like the Jolly Roger.

The second time I went by the place, I noticed the "fashion show" sign and knew I definitely had to check things out, even if I was going to skip the food. In the evening, there are red neon lights, so it's easy to spot, once you get to the street where the bar is located.

Jolly Roger looks like a neighborhood bar from the outside and upon entry. The bartender was nice and friendly. The people seemed friendly for the short time I was there to drink a beer ($2) and grab a dance. Next time I go, I'm going to stick around a little longer.
