I found myself in the New Bedford area last night and stopped by Temptation. In case there is any confusion, the club is indeed open. Cover is still $10, they still wand you going in. Domestic beer is a reasonable $4.50. There were plenty of customers, and plenty of dancers. Business is definitely up with the new management/name change. The energy in the club is definitely better, maybe the name change has removed all the bad karma? The club looks pretty much the same, they are making some changes, moving the satellite stage, and some work on the mens room entrance. Dancer quantity & quality is up. Nude stage dancing seems to have become optional here though. About 1 in 4 got nude. Most of the rest got topless, a couple didn't even get topless. Kind of strange for a Mass. club, I'm used to them all being nude by their last song. DJ was announcing "topless" lap dances for $25.

There was a cute little dancer named Precious who got up on the satellite stage (on her own, not a dance set). What a bundle of sexual energy. She was up there for over over an hour, dancing her ass off. She eventually had about 10 customers standing around her stage, myself being one of them. We were all tipping her, some of us were buying her shots. She was enjoying herself. She was arousing herself by arousing every one of us. It was the hottest, most enthusiastic stage performance I can ever remember seeing. She finally ran out of gas, I don't know if it was the shots or the dancing, she did seem to be getting pretty drunk towards the end. She needed 2 bouncers to help her pick up her tips. She went in back and never came out again, she must have passed out. I'll be sure to look for her the next time.
