I'm perplexed by...

I'm perplexed by the poor reviews this club has received by many. I went here with very little expectations with my tour of the Hunts Point strip clubs on Saturday the 5th of June but came out with a good impression of the club.

First off, the area is not great as I would have no reason to come to Hunts Point other than going to a strip club or two though I did not feel threatened. If you do have a car though than it would be a good idea to park in the parking lot which is small or a side street along side the club where your vehicle is within view of the front entrance as I did.

I arrived around 11:15PM and the outside looked okay. Nothing special. The cover was $15 to get in and I was searched before entering. The inside was spacious and well air conditioned. There where four tables off to the side in the left corner as you walk in which is great in case you just want to observe and not sit at the bar. The stage was in the middle of the bar with a stage big enough for four dancers at a time. In the back right corner were two pool tables. To the immediate right was the entrance to the lap dance or VIP room as well as stageing area for the DJ. There was a big opening in the middle for people to stand around and observe if they desire. Overall, I was very happy with the layout of the place. I believe they had a kitchen there as well though I wasn't able to confirm that. Drinks are $5 per and up here.
