Was recently in Phoenix on business...

Was recently in Phoenix on business and went by HiLiter's on a Wednesday around 9pm. An online acquaintance had recommended it to me and I'm glad he did. Now I'm used to the clubs in Seattle, juice bars only and dances are $20-$30, or more, for a short 2 minutes so it's easy to burn through cash really quick. I wasn't sure what I was going to get for a $5 dance but how bad could it be for that price. I printed out a free admission coupon from their web site so that was cool. The only weird thing was they ran my ID through a scanner as I was going in, getting carded I guess. I looked and my license has a bar code on the back which I hadn't noticed before.

I sat along the wall, admiring the interior of the club which was quite nice. They seem to sit singles along the wall and groups out on the floor. Most of the dances seemed to be happening along the wall as well so it made it a bit hard to watch the dancer's styles without being too obvious about it. I got a few offers for dances but I was trying to do some watching at first but no-one seemed to mind my 'maybe later' responses. Finally a nice looking Asian woman with a huge rack came up to me and I couldn't say no. About 3 or 4 dances later, long dances too, she had to go on stage. Now, she had been topless for a while and when I agreed to wait for her, she left her bra with me at my table. Her way of telling other dancers to stay away I guess :-) When she came back she picked up right where she left off and after a few more dances I was done. She was hoping to get me into the VIP at $25 a dance which I would go for in a heartbeat. From what I understand the mileage in the VIP is even better. It was really good on the floor as it was. We went about as far as we could go with people watching, and I'm not particularly shy either. The high sides of the chairs only hide so much and I think someone might have noticed if my pants were around my ankles. With the state of clubs in Seattle now I'll definitely be trying to figure out a when I can make my next trip to Phoenix!
