Here we have a classic example of how things ebb and flow on Baltimore Street. This club has sucked for years and years and years. I don't remember ever having a positive experience here.

But I stopped in tonight, only 'cause I wanted one more beer before I left. I thought I was done with the Block tonight, after two negatives plus one positive but not totally satisfying experience...see my other reviews.
