After hearing so much about BBF,...
After hearing so much about BBF, I was in the area on business and decided to have a look for myself. My first impression was pretty good--the club has a really good atmosphere, is in good shape, and has some eye candy just about everywhere you look. I like the fact that the stage is right in the middle of the club, instead of being up against a wall or tucked in a corner somewhere. One drawback is that the stage only has an "exit" on one side, so naturally, that side is where most of the action is--but there weren't many seats available there, even on a Wednesday night... The other side, while having just as good of a view, does not have nearly the traffic or opportunities. I would advise waiting for a spot to open up on the "good side" and then sit back and enjoy the company. Speaking of which, there is plenty to be had--mostly in the 7-8 range, with a few on either side. Most of the 9's were tied up with regulars, but there's still a little something here for everyone. The dances are an absolute steal at $12 per ($10 to the dancer, the other deuce to the house), and the contact is very good as well--no air dances here...
My overall impression is that BBF is a very good club that's a great value, and has enough talent to provide consistent quality. It's a winning combination, and I will definitely be back if I'm in Indy again. I don't rank it higher than my ATF's (Sundowner), but it definitely deserves to be on this list.
