Balloons is always intersting, it being an 18+ strip club, and the only one in Rhode Island. With that, there are of course no alcoholic beverages served, and only a small vending machine or two. However, I have friends who are younger so I figured why not give it a shot. The club is dark, small, and only one stage. There are one or two private booths where you can have regular dances in, and then around the back a regular area where you may be next to another customer. There is a private back room which I was quoted $150 for a half hour. The girls range anywhere from 5.5-9, with about 15 or so dancers on, I would say the vast amount ranged from 7-8 with two solid 9's mixed in. The girls can be pushy, but the dances are amazing here surprisingly. Lots of good two way contact, but the crowd is younger, and somewhat more thuggish in my opinion. I would go back for fun, but I prefer Desire or Cadillac Lounge.
