I was excited when I first heard about Savannah's, central PA had been missing that "go to" club. I was pretty sure from the sound of it, this is what I'd been waiting for. The first few times I was happy with it, it was certainly something a bit different in the local market. I convinced myself that yeah this would be the new regular hang out. However I've recently realized I was kidding myself, I just don't really care for Savannah's all that much. I can definitely understand where the positive reviews are coming from but I feel this place has a sort of snobby, nose in the air vibe that can make it less enjoyable for anyone who isn't an established "high roller" regular patron. The girls aren't even interested in doing the regular dance room, if you're not going to drop a few hundred in the VIP area then they won't be wasting their time on you. I have been to clubs in Philly and Baltimore that are somewhat high end, but the vibe here is worse for some reason, I can't put my finger on it but I tend to leave feeling that the place is above me. And honestly the lap dances are average, girls are in the 5-9 range, is it the best in Harrisburg? probably., but I still prefer to travel or even go the clubs in the area not necessarily aspiring to be "high class".
