From the outside the Theatre Chochotte looks unimpressive one could easily pass-by without noticing it. First one comes to a small reception where the 50 Euro entrance fee has to be paid. From there a small staircase leads downstairs to a vaulted cellar which was perhaps used as a storage cellar in the olden days. For the guests there are two rows of seating, with comfortable sofa cushions. These two seating rows provide space for about twelve guests otherwise it can become quite close. The dance floor is fitted with a large carpet, in the middle there is a pole. Around the floor all is nicely furnished with mirrors and various bric-a-brac. That warm setting creates an intimate atmosphere.

All of the dancers were, in my opinion, very pretty from the topmodel type to the woman next door who has a broader hip.

The ladies work in two shifts, changeover is at about 6 pm.

There are 4 girls in one shift, when I was there one of the girls per shift was dark-skinned.
