I, too, spoke to a guy who knows the owner, and confirmed 1245 will re-open. I'll believe it when I see it, but it would be good.

It was always pretty hit-and-miss anyway, at the bar, but I never had a bad time in the back. At the very least, the mileage in the back always included stick-shifting and placing my hands on her body. Sometimes, it went a little (or even a lot) further than that. I never went to FS there, although I'm pretty sure at one particular time that would have happened had I not put a stop to it (among other things, the idea of BB anything back there is a little scary).

And I have been offered carryout there on several occasions. So, all in all...I'm looking forward to it re-opening. Assuming it ever does.
