I came in around 10:00 p.m....

I came in around 10:00 p.m. on a Tuesday evening and was surprised to find a nearly full parking lot. I paid my $10 cover and as usual I had to run the gauntlet of waitresses before I could get into the club and let my eyes adjust to the lighting so I could figure out where I wanted to sit.

I thought I saw my former ATF as I was looking for a seat, but it’s been a while since I have seen her and it seemed that she was distracted and she didn’t engage me so I figured I would get a beer, let my eyes adjust and see if that was really her.

I found a table a row back from the main stage and sat down and began to look around for my former ATF and also to see what the other dancers looked like. Despite the gauntlet of waitresses at the door, they didn’t seem to work the room very well, so I eventually went to the bar myself. My first Shiner Bock was $3.50, but the special had expired by the time I needed a second one, so it was about $6.00.
