So, I visited this fine city the past week and went to four different clubs, this was easily the highlight of the trip. A couple of things about Phoenix, first, the quality of lap dances vary greatly depending on the club. And I mean there is a great variance, not a small one. Secondly, they like to give lap dances in this town.

HiLiter is a very dark club located in an OK part of town. It's appears larger inside the club and then outside. Honestly, I don't know how they do that. I visited on a Monday afternoon a little after lunchtime and assumed the place would be dead. Not so, the place was hopping. At least 18 girls were wandering around and I was offered a dance by many of them and often. The dances on the floor cost $10 and in the VIP they cost $25. For some stupid reason I took two ladies back to the VIP, and while the dances with those ladies were "technically" better, they weren't worth the added expense and were not the best dances I received that day.

Stick to the floor dances and pick the right girl. The dancers on this day were surprisingly attractive. While I didn't see any 10's, most were 7's and 8's and there may have even been a 9 depending on your taste. In fact, there were only a couple who I would rate lower than a 7. I can't imagine what the night staff looks like.
