Visited Saturday 4/24 from about 1pm-3:30pm. No cover before 6pm, beers were 2 for $7. Goes to $30 cover and $10 drinks after that. Walking distance from Sahara or Stratosphere just stay on the strip heading north for about 2 more blocks. Only 3-5 dancers sitting at bar initially. Was told stage dancing doesn't start till 4pm when DJ gets in. House music was playing full 3 1/2 - 5 minute songs. Plenty of mileage on the dances. Booths with tables and curtains provide more private dances in the afternoon, but these become VIP booths after 6pm I believe.

Dancers ranged from young to old, various races (many older at this time of afternoon) Girl count picked up to about a dozen by 3pm with the A Team showing up for the Saturday night. If you want cheap cover/drinks before 6pm 7 days a week near Circus Circus/Sahara/Stratosphere, there is no place better. If you looking to hold a wild bachelor's party at night, probably seek elsewhere.
