Carnaval recently expanded into the space...
Carnaval recently expanded into the space next door and upstairs in what used to be a Chinese restaurant. They changed the name to Golden Dragon Exotic Club. The new space is huge, almost too big. There's one large stage in the middle with 2 poles, and a 1-foot tall rack around the stage that makes it a little awkward to sit stageside. There's a variety of booths and a lot of bench seating all around the big open floorspace. One bar that still only serves canned softdrinks. Cover was $8 and included a drink. They no longer offer the $10 topless dances, instead it's now $20 nude or 3 for $40. Dances are in booths at the back of the room, not very private. There's also a large walled-off area for VIP dances, not sure of pricing. Dancers were not as hot as the last time I was at Carnaval. They ranged from about 5-7. Got a 3 for $40 dance from a taller, slim girl. Lots of grinding, but not very sensual. Got a $20 dance from a shorter girl and it was better, but I'm glad I didn't spend another $40 because it still wasn't good enough to want two more songs from her. Not sure I would return unless I'm up really late and all the other clubs have closed. They're still open until 4am.
