The Men’s Club in Charlotte is a very upscale strip club, with most of the positive and negative connotations which that label involves. On the positive side, the women tend to be well above average looking. The only thing I didn’t like was that most had fake breasts, which I’m not into. The interior of the club is very elegant looking, and huge. The food is also excellent, so it’s a good place to get a nice steak dinner and enjoy naked women as the entertainment. The lighting is also good which I think is important. If a club is going to have naked women, they need to keep the lights up so we can see the merchandise. I also like the fact that the club has valet parking. Even though this club is in a decent neighborhood, I like the security of getting out at the door.

The women here will sit and your table and visit before asking you if you want a dance. They tended to be smart enough to carry on an intelligent conversation, although several were from Eastern Europe so there can be language barriers. For the most part, this is a nice change from the more typical club when they stroll by and ask if you want a dance before you have a to evaluate them. However, it can get irritating if a girl you are not interested in overstays her welcome. No other girl is going to stop by while she stays at your table.

On the negative side, the dances are expensive and there is generally no or very little contact on the main floor. To have any interaction, you apparently have to pay a small fortune to go upstairs to the private areas. I took a tour up there, and these areas weren’t particularly private, so I’m not sure how much interaction there would be even up there. In my view, there is no reason to have to pay those prices just to touch a woman’s breasts. There are plenty of clubs where you can get that for the price of a normal lap dance. I did eventually talk one girl into going to a private corner of the downstairs and giving me private dances that involved more contact than is usually allowed here. However, I’m pretty sure I was only able to do this because it was an extremely slow Monday night, and she didn’t have a lot of other customers to choose from. If it had been a busier night, I’d be willing to bet that I would never have gotten this treatment on the main floor.
