I visited the new club on...

I visited the new club on opening weekend. The club is run by Deja Vu and has a very nice decor as most Deja Vu clubs in the area do. The club had a particularly Vegasesque feel to it. There are two stages with very high poles on which many girls seemed to want to show off how high they could climb.

Most of girls have been recruited from other local Deja Vu clubs, with the downtown Deja Vu and Little Darlings common places to have come from. I get the feeling the selection criteria was "good behavior" and that looks did not factor much into the equation. There were a couple of hot looking girls, but overall very average as far as looks go.

Lap dances were the standard $20/song with the occasional Deja-Vu-Rip-You-Off "special" (i.e. supposedly cheaper dances but on shorter songs). In keeping with the Vegas like atmosphere there are plenty of private rooms where apparently the curtains (not sure how thin) are drawn. Prices were quoted at $100 for 15 minutes up to $400 for the hour. I cannot comment on the VIP action since I choose not to participate.
