This is nothing like the strip...

This is nothing like the strip clubs in San Francisco or San Jose. In fact, it's really just a bar where there happen to be women taking their clothes off.

This has some good and bad aspects. The good is that there's no cover, and drinks don't cost any more than in many bars. The bad is that usually aren't many girls, and no "extras". The stage is built into the bar, so the girls just dance and strip on that, accepting tips from the guys drinking there.

It's possible to talk to the girls and/or buy them drinks, but the girls never actually leave the bar. This means that the "private" dances (not lap dances) aren't really private (or, in my opinion, worth the money): The girl just gyrates in close proximity to you, with other customers watching.
