Investigators with the Darlington County Sheriff's Office say they've busted the owner of a video store for operating a brothel out of the business.

Victor Balin, 34, of Darlington is charged with operating a Brothel. This is the second offense for Balin and the third time the video store has been raided in the past 15 months.

Deputies also arrested Krystal Huggins, 23, of Sumter. She's charged with prostitution.
