Happened to be passing through Topeka...

Happened to be passing through Topeka recently and decided I would stop in and visit an "old favorite" and see if anything was happening. Arrived just before 8. Not a whole lot of customers or dancers in evidence but the place was far from dead. No stage action when I arrived but no cover either. Actually no one at the door so I just walked in. Had to use the restroom and, about the time I finished, the bouncer peeked in the door, decided I was 21 and waved me in. Probably a dozen or so guys there and maybe half that number of dancers. Most were seated around the bar and few were eating dinner. As I said, no one was on stage when I arrived so the only thing to watch was a basketball game on the TV. Shortly after I settled in, a group of guys showed up for what was apparently someone's 21st birthday party and a dancer appeared on stage shortly thereafter. What dancers I saw were decent looking but nothing too impressive. I tipped the first girl and she joined me tableside for a few minutes. Wasn't really interested in getting any dances and told her so so she didn't stick around too long. Did notice that Blaze was back dancing here. Don't know if she noticed me or would have remembered me if she did. Very hot older black dancer who was always a lot of fun. Didn't really have time to stick around as I had a decent drive ahead and needed to be up early the next day or I might have tried her out again. Overall, a pretty uninspiring place with pretty uninspiring girls but, as always, ymmv. Nice enough club but one rarely worth a special trip.
