I have been there several times over the last two years. The quality of girls are consistently high. It is a good mix of girls but mostly Eastern European/Russian. The club is dimly lit but clean and the staff is very helpful though they can pushy about tips for the Expensive drinks (~$13 for beer, ~$16 for mixed drinks)

The dances are decent. The girls take turn dancing on stage - pretty much an auditioning process for you to decided if you like a dance from them. The more popular girls are usually and quickly snatched up so you need to actively seek them out if you want a dance from them. Otherwise, it is the same girls walking around asking patrons if they want a dance. If you decline, the girls do not hassle you.

The private dances all take place on the side of the main stage along a row of bench sofas. The girls allow you to touch as long as you are gentle and not too grabby or pushy. The best dance I got was from an Asian girl who apparently was a student. I haven't seen her since that time. If anyone knows her name, let me know!
