I stopped into Jaguars Gold Club...

I stopped into Jaguars Gold Club on a recent Saturday night, it was my first visit since they had changed name/ownership from LeGirl's West. Cover charge was $10. As I moved into the club I noticed that they had removed the large staircase from the center of the club and moved the main stage to the south side of the club, it seems to have opened up room for a lot more tables/seating. The 4 smaller stages remain, they are scattered throughout the club. A bottle of beer ran $3, you can't beat that. They had UFC PPV on the TV's throughout the club too which was nice as I had wanted to see the fights too. The girls were ok, mostly in the 6-7 range, maybe a few 8's, there was a good mix of white, black and latino girls working, none of the girls looked out of place, all were reasonably attractive. The clientele was much like the dancers, a good mix of white, blacks, and latino's (although probably more latinos). As for the dances, they were $10 each at your table, ok contact, nothing to write home about though. They also offer $20 dances in the glassed off VIP area on the north side of the club, that area has partitioned off booths, the contact level there was much higher. They also have some booths along the south side of the club for bottle service, I assume you get the girl(s) of your choice too but I have no idea as I did not partake. They played mostly hip hop music, I'm not a huge fan but it was tolerable. The DJ actually did a really good job of keeping everybody interested and tipping, lots of people making it rain on this visit (personally I'd prefer spending my money on dances than making it rain but who am I to quibble, the girls seemed to appreciate it, to each his own I guess). At about 1am they also set up a free buffet, I did partake, chicken strip, wings, nachos, not bad for when the munchies set in. All in all, I enjoyed it, they seem to be making a concerted effort to make this a successful club and I appreciate it and I'm guessing I will stop back in. Oh and props out to Colleen, one of the coolest dancers I have met in a long time, look for her if you stop in.
