There was a time when the Babylon was one of my favorite strip clubs anywhere. Beautiful girls worked there, and stayed for many months if not years at a time. They knew their customers and all kept their regulars. And you could never beat the $1.95 drinks, while private dances were very reasonable at 3 for $40 (and high quality). The club would always be packed and the customers went home happy.

Current ownership, however, has overseen a drastic decrease in quality of the club. The drinks are still the cheapest you'll find, but that's about the extent of anything "The Bab" has going for it these days. They are unable to keep their talent for more than a few weeks at a time. This results too often in a shortage of girls both in number and quality. One can visit this establishment only a month after a prior visit and not recognize two girls working that night. The dances are okay, but not nearly as good as before. The private dances now take place in a very public setting in the back of the bar, as opposed to the former VIP room downstairs. As far as ethnicity of the dancers, one can always expect to find an even mix of white and black. As for the overall experience of the club, unless you're really just looking for a cheap drinks and girls who aren't overbearing about taking all of your money, this club really leaves a lot to be desired. Then again, its local alternatives don't offer a lot in the way of competition.
