Hi Everybody, it is true that the City Council passed these restrictinvg laws but they have not been put on paper yet, they voted for them but have not made them law yet , dont know why , maybe the City Council is having second thoughts on these restrictions , I have also heard that Club Owners are educating City Council members how much these lap dance restrictions would hurt their businessess, since we are dealing with very uninformed city council people who have no idea what kind of restrictions they voted on , maybe these laws will never come into law .. hope that this will happen , who knows...
