I stopped in at CCR on Friday afternoon. This club is very easy to find. It is at the corner of Eads and 23rd Street. There are several positive things about this club. No cover charge at the door. The smokers are walled off behind a plexiglass partition, so you don't have to breathe in their cancer-causing fumes. The beer and the food are reasonably priced. Most of the strippers are reasonably attractive. The girls do a very quick rotation. They go up on stage for 1 or 2 songs, and then they step down, so there is always a new face and a new set of tits on stage.

However, there are also some negatives as well. First of all, there is no nudity. They keep their panties and their pasties on. So, things are pretty tame, compared to DC and PG County. But the thing that bothered me the most was that the girls didn't seem very friendly. After their set, they come around to collect a dollar from you, but for most of them it was just about the dollar bill. They had no time to sit and chat.

I spent some time talking with the Owner. Gentleman by the name of William Bayne. He seems like a very nice guy. He also owns the Sports Pub just down the street. I told him that the girls need to be friendlier to the paying customers. When I go back the next time, I will let you know if there has been any improvement.
