My reiview of the Flame 3-1/2...

My reiview of the Flame 3-1/2 months later is not so glowing. Maybe it was the shift change nature - 8 PM or Spring Break - who knows. The character of the place has changed. $7 cover was taken by a big dude who also seemed to be in charge of some book keeping and he also had control of the magnetic lock on the entrance door.

Music was mostly rap and head banging music. Loud. I was in for an hour plus and was offered one dance by dance with long long hair and the sweetest smile. And pastys. She is real flexible and seemed to give nice dances.

There were about 20 guys in the place and besides the dancer on stage maybe 3 others rotating giving laps. From where I was sitting, I could see the entrance area and the big dude that took the cover. The dancers would periodically go to his area, behind a counter and write something in a ledger then either disappear or come back in to the main area. At least there weren't a bunch of dancers sitting around texting looking bored or chatting unless it was in the back or on the smoking porch.
