$10 dance Thursday cam still be enjoyable here because, unlike Bogart's and H8, some veteran dancers still work on discount days. Personally I much prefer a dancer who knows what she is doing (and willing to do) over the neophytes that are strictly a crap shoot as far as mileage and conversation is concerned.

Arrived late in the day shift to see who was working. Lots of new faces but a few familiar girls. I say "girls" although the veterans were all in their 40's. Nevertheless I had a great time and tipped accordingly.

Came back after dinner and the pickings were slimmer. A couple of dancers recognized me and came and sat with me for a drink before we repaired to the VIP. Mileage was good but I really don't care for the younger girls hustle and begging for tips. There are some girls I won't get dances from here and elsewhere due to the constant hustle for more $$.

All in all, however, I enjoy John's but look forward to the advent of the smoking ban May 1.
