Stopped Sunday shortly after the 5:00 opening, stayed a couple of hours then headed to Out House (see review) for the 2-4-1’s; then returned for a couple of hours about 10:30. I did the same routine again on Monday afternoon-evening. There were 4-7 dancers shortly after opening, some a little heavy for my tastes, but all were at least acceptable and all willing to please for a $10 full song – full contact lap dance. Drinks remain reasonable, with 2-4-1’s on Monday and other posted drink specials on other nights. I had arranged my schedule to spend Tuesday afternoon here, but when I arrived they had a “movie” shoot in process and were closed for the day, so I headed to the Flamingo (see review). PS has a new VIP room with a bottle of wine included at $30 / hour plus dance costs. The room is behind a 2-way mirror behind the stage. I was only approached for the VIP by one dancer who also quoted $25 / song as the normal fee. Compared to the bargain $10 dances in the rest of the club this seemed pretty steep. I only saw one person enter the room during my 4 stops, and they only stayed for a couple of songs, so don’t know the full story. I really like the second tier of the main room anyway, as you can have a lot of privacy, and still be able to get the attention of passing dancers. This continues to be my favorite club even though I only get to Lawrence 2-3 times a year. The full touch – full grind laps are what I’m after more than a stage show, and the $10 cost is as good as it gets. I rate this place highly due to the overall cost. Dancer quality could always be better (at any club), but I personally prefer a 6-7 dancer who is willing to please over a 10 that’s just there for show. Silly Old Bob
