This seems like a nice, high-end version of a local bar type of strip club. A good, easy-going place in a safe neighborhood to have some relatively inexpensive drinks, watch some attractive dancers, and not not be under a lot of pressure to separate you from your dollars (except for the going around the room for $1 tips after the performance. However, even sitting there for 2 hours, that added up to less than just the cover for some Baltimore clubs). There is a private dance area, but this seems to be about as low-key a place as you will find in terms of selling you on it. In the 2 hours I was there, only a few dancers even mentioned it, and they were pretty casual about it. There were a good number of dancers there even during the day. The dancers I would put more in the very cute rather than stunningly beautiful category. Though, there were two I thought were serious 8-9's, and 1 I thought was not that attractive. The dances themselves are pretty typicial. One song dressed and one song topless. A number of the dancers were friendly and took time to chat, but I was there at a quiet time of day and that may not be as much the case when the place is busier.
