I have lived a few minutes...

I have lived a few minutes down the road from Fred's for about 5 years, and just went for the first time. I had been hearing horror stories for years, and they thankfully turned out to be total BS. The club has a regular 8-foot ceiling, so they don't have a real stage. There is a dance floor cordoned off from the seating with small restaurant-style tables, and the girls usually climb onto the tables for their "stage dances". The club is in the middle of Lycoming County, which is huge and mostly rural, so I was surprised at how hot the women were. Some of them were heavily tattooed (which I happen to like), but they were all attractive and in good shape. There was only one dancer working who looked to be over 30, and she was gorgeous. Some of the girls were kind of phoning it in, but one in particular was really doing a great job--Cali. Cover is only $10, and it's BYOB, so you can have a really cheap guys' night out if you don't want private dances. My understanding is that the private dances are bikini-only, not topless or nude. I can neither confirm nor deny that at this time. Stage dances are full nude, though, and a twenty or thirty singles will keep you entertained all night.
