I liked this place. Sort of a laid-back, neighborhood bar atmosphere. Lots of blue color customers, some guys in business casual, and a lot of hot, natural women. Seemed to be more locals and fewer tourists, which was sort of strange given the location on a tourist beach next to several hotels. Except for one chubby girl and an older dancer who was still incredibly fit, but a little weary in the face, I'd say all the other dancers were 7s and 8s. Didn't see any 9s or 10s, but that was balanced out by the sheer volume of 7s and 8s. Mostly local American girls, although there was a minority UN contingent: Latina, Eastern European, Oriental. Very few bolt ons. And, strangely, I didn't run into a single dumb or one "wanna dance" girl. Maybe I was just lucky.

Walked in around 8:00, paid the $5 cover, and got a beer ($4.75) at the bar next to the pool table, away from the stage. The other bar, nearer the stage, was full with a mix of customers and dancers. Looking around, I was disappointed that there were only a half dozen or so dancers, but that quickly changed. By the time I left a little after midnight, there were at least 30 dancers. Lap dance area is as described in previous reviews: a big private room with comfortable black leather couches lining the walls. Not private, but better than a lot of narrow lap dance rooms with couches facing each other that I've been in.

Even with customers out numbering dancers, it didn't take long before I was approached. What happened next was totally unexpected. It's not often you have an intelligent conversation about the differences between American and European cultures in a working-class strip club. It's even rarer to have that conversation with a hot 23 year old Russian dancer. Sat with her for the next few hours, tipping her heavily when she was called on stage because I felt a little guilty monopolizing her time while we were talking. Was a little reluctant to get a dance, thinking I would be disappointed. I had never been to this club before, wasn't certain of the rules, and for some reason figured this girl, who believably told me that she only danced occasionally to make some extra money, probably wouldn't give good lap. Was I wrong. One dance turned into 5. This Russian definitely knew how to give Russian. Most sensual and erotic topless (i.e. not nude) dance I've had in ages, lots of mutual contact which she encouraged. YMMV, greatly.
