I went to the Zanzibar a couple of weeks ago for the first time in ages. Last time I was there was probably in the 90s sometime. Anyway... things didn't appear to have changed all that much in that time. It is expensive and has a kind of cheezy atmosphere that just isn't my thing. There were some gorgeous dancers, but the atmosphere kind of killed it for me and I left after one beer without getting any dances, deciding to save my $$ until my next trip to Gatineau or Montreal. ;)
