Been in Christine's a couple of...

Been in Christine's a couple of times, each time was so-so. The dancers are alright, most of the attractive ones work at Oasis up the street and come in for shifts at Christine's. The club itself is nice inside, but... we will never, ever come back. Tonight we paid our tab, left, and realized they didn't give us back our card or ID. We called to see if they had it, headed back, and upon arrival were told we didn't pay our tab.. total bullshit. A manager (Jimmy) came down, said he would look at the tapes but it would take "hours" even though we told him what time we left (we knew for sure, because of text messages we had sent a friend when leaving) He went upstairs and returned about 5 minutes later, said he reviewed the tapes and claimed that I had taken stuff from the bar before putting on my jacket and leaving. I told him I didn't have a jacket on (which was factual) and he kind of back-tracked. I asked if I could see the tapes but he said he wasn't allowed to show the tapes to anyone with the owner (wow, how convenient) I ended up calling the police and filing a complaint. See you assholes in small claims court!

Oh, and when the police arrived they were very eager to go inside and stir shit up, told us all about the homicide case they're working against the club. For anyone who doesn't know, a patron was beat to death over a tab at Christine's sister club a few doors down the street!
