It was time again for my monthly visit to the lap dance factory known as Mons Venus. I have been coming here for more years than I can remember. It’s late on a Friday night about three weeks ago and the best time to come here is late at night. I pay my $20 entrance fee and go inside. The club hasn’t changed any as I looked around. The club is small and a crowd is already beginning to grow. They don’t allow smoking here, which I like because I can go home not smelling like a cigarette butt. I lucked out by getting a rare stage seat next to the stairs. Great place to see the girls as they leave and enter the stage. A large selection of mostly young. fit, well-endowed beautiful women were on duty tonight, but that’s the trademark at Mons and it’s the reason I come here. There is naked eye candy everywhere you look.

There are no extras available here because there are no VIP rooms like at the other Tampa clubs. Therefore, there is no constant upsell here to more expensive room fees and dances with broken promises. I get all the extras I want at home, so I’m not into that game. All the nude strip clubs in Tampa, by law, cannot serve alcohol. Some of the other clubs will pressure you to “buy the lady a drink” or require a minimum drink purchase which is usually an $5.00 to $8.00 cup of cool aid or soft-drink, but not here at Mons. There is no “nickel and dime” crap here. You can get a soft drink, but you probably will have to find the one waitress here and ask for it. Prices are $2 or $3 dollars. Everything is open for everyone to see. What you see is what you get and what you get is nude, hands on friction lap dances. No one is going to ask you to buy anything else and I have found that the LD pressure at Mons to be no worse than at any other club and a polite no is taken well. Each dancer at Mons sets her own dance price within a range of $20 to $30. The customer negotiates for his best price. I have found that multiple dances will usually go for $20.00 each, one of the best values in town.

The stage dancers here are very good with usually 2 to 5 nude dancers on at one time. The lighting is good enough to see all the dancer’s charms as they eagerly display them for you. After setting at the stage for about an hour and running out of dollar bills, I picked my dancer for the night, who agreed to a five dance set for $100. There is no DJ here, just a jukebox next to the stage. That means my dance songs will not be cut short by some obnoxious DJ, who thinks he is the reason I came here. My chosen dancer finishes her stage set and exits down the stairs wearing only a pair of high heels. Her skimpy bikini and a wad of money she has collected is in one hand as I help her down the stairs. I tell her to find a spot and she immediately grasps me by my belt and says, “follow me”. The spot she finds is on the far end of the bench facing the mirrored wall. A great place for me with a view of all the eye candy I can stand. However, this is not a place for the shy and meek. There is no privacy here and the closeness can bother some people, but it obviously did not bother the crowd here tonight. A stint years ago with the Marines cured my shyness and meekness and as long as the customers keep their clothes on and their hands off my dancer and me, I promise to do the same for them.
