Hear this is a black club....

Hear this is a black club. I'd like to go visit. problem is i can go only in the afternoon. ive driven by about 3 times between 3-5 pm and this place always looks dead. i see maybe one car in the parking lot. there is a neon 'open' sign that is usally on but i havent gone in and seen if there was anybody there. my question is for those who have gone here in the afternoon, what time has it been and what days. I'm not expecting the place to be packed but I definitely dont wanna be the only person in there.
