I stopped by the newly remodeled...

I stopped by the newly remodeled Landing Strip after taking a friend to the airport nearby, and having some time to kill. I saw their advertisement as being under new ownership, which would explain why they were closed the last time I tried to go. I probably had not been to any strip clubs in over two years, and only went once a year or so prior to that. So my expectations are based on limited experience. That being said, I was happy not to have to deal with a cover charge when I arrived at the club(around 4 pm). This made the $6 valet charge a pretty good deal. I was also surprised at the low key attitude from the staff and dancers. There were probably only 10-15 other guys in the club at any one time. I wasn't sure what to expect, but would say the dancers ranged from the 6-9 range. I would've gotten a dance from 90% of them, based on what I saw.

I ordered the daily special of a cheeseburger, fries, and a beer, which goes for only $9.99. Considering the bottles of beer go for $7.75 or so, this is quite a deal. In addition, the burger was huge, presented well, tasted great, and came with a large side of french fries. After I finished eating, I decided that the bucket of 5 beers for $20 during the afternoon was a better investment than getting 2 beers for almost the same price. The managers were cool, asking how I learned about the place, clearing my table for me, etc. The only issue was when I got a dance and went upstairs and the bartender thought I might've left(even though they had my ID and credit card).

Even though I was seated right near the stage, I never felt any undue pressure from the dancers. Some came by and spent time, while others simply walked by. I got two dances in the three hours I was there, and both dancers were very nice. The first girl even asked me to keep track of how many songs, since she couldn't "multitask". I'd say the dances were fairly high contact, based on my past experiences. I think they were doing some repairs to the VIP area, so they were using the upstairs section, which worked just as well for me in terms of privacy and decor.
