I frequent this place during the afternoon shift (3-9) because it is less crowded. There have been a lot of new hires lately, mostly younger girls. I prefer the ones that have been dancing there awhile. Get to know a dancer, you will be happy in the long run; of course you should not expect to have that great a time on a first visit. As has already been noted, the bartender is a knockout, she dances during other shifts. Generally, I like the atmosphere, no pressure, staff friendly, including the afternoon DJ.
