I visited Paper Moon Springfield while in town on business. I've visited the Richmond locations before, and enjoyed myself despite the stringent VA laws. I didn't want to venture into DC on this particular evening, so I decided to check out Paper Moon.
Parking is not discreet at all. The building is about a block off of the main drag, and all parking is visible to the road. The building looks huge, but on entering, the stage, bar, and seating area is pretty small. Cover and beer were reasonable for the time of day. The dancers were a little disappointing, mostly 4s to 6s, but with one or two knockouts. Their attitudes on stage were OK, but I don't know what sort of vibe I must have been putting off, because I couldn't get any attention. I tipped well at the stage, but routinely watched the girls float away to other patrons. My only other contact with any of the girls was during their frequent 2 for 1 dances (which are really just two short songs that run the length of a regular dance), when they would stop by quickly with the standard "do you want a dance?" I let them pass by, because most of them who asked were not what I envisioned grinding on me that evening. I finally accepted a dance from a real knockout, but was very disappointed to find that the dances are waaaaayyy overpriced.
In summary... maybe I had a bad experience, but Paper Moon Springfield didn't leave me smiling and satisfied.
