Went this time on a Tuesday...

Went this time on a Tuesday night -- right before the blizzard last week. Totally different place on a Tuesday night. It's supposed to be a big night for them but what that seems to mean is it's more like a regular club. Jam-packed at 2 A.M. on a weeknight, and sure there's a few dancers behind the bar, and on poles in back. But there were loads of female customers. For most of them it was just a way to dress nasty, but a surprising number were obviously lesbian or bi-curious or whatever. Very different vibe from your normal strip club. And no one seemed to be hustling lap dances -- my friend and I were there for two hours and not one dancer even came up to us -- shut up, don't say it, I bathed that morning and I ain't THAT funny looking. On the plus side, no one even bothered for a drink. Paid the cover and that was it, which was good since we'd already had our fill at a couple other joints. Kind of amusing that you couldn't tell a lot of the customers from the dancers, and I guess if you just wanna look at some ass in nice lingerie, OK. But this was nothing like my other time there, and not exactly what I go to a strip joint for.
