In Dallas for work, and read about the Gold Club on this site. Had to check it out. I have been very disappointed in the other Dallas Clubs in and around Harry Hines. The Gold Club is easy to find just off i635, it is big and well lit from the road. I arrived after 10PM on a Wednesday. Cover seemed pretty steep at $20, and I did not understand the extra $35 for the VIP Lounge, so I paid my $20 and walked in. The club is well lit from the inside, very easy to check out the dancers with 5 stages. There are 4 small stages along the walls that are just big enough for a dancer to not fall off, but not really big enough for a great show. The main stage is plenty big at the far end of the room. The VIP Lounge is a large room connected to the cheap seats via one way glass and a big open doorway with tables and couches. Much more private for a lap dance, and there is a small stage for a dancer in the VIP area.

This is a BYOB Nude club so I saw folks with a case of beer in bins. That would make the $20 cover reasonable since the cost of drinks is $0. Soda however is $4.

There must have been 10-15 dancers on stage or circulating, most in the 6-8 range. There were those 2-3 dancers that were pretty over-weight, but most of the girls were very good looking, a mix of natural and silicone, mainly white, with asian and black also represented. One nice touch this Club had was one of the big screen TV's actually had the pictures and names of the girls dancing. I figured is was just advertising but I had just seen an Alexandra on the Big Screen,and suddenly Alexandra was at my table. Cool.

She chatted me up and she explained the lap dances in the cheap seats were not very private since you had dudes sitting 3 feet away near the main stage. I figured what the heck let see how good this club was. Well, the lap dances at the Gold Club were $20, about average, but the value considering what you get up near Harry Hines, is GREAT. Good friction, and roaming hands in both directions. The corner lap dance was pretty creepy however. Next time I go for the extra $35 for the VIP lounge. A great value if you BYOB.
