Got a so called "VIP pass"...

Got a so called "VIP pass" from a guy in the street and decided to check it out. Needless to say that the pass didn't give me any advantage. Paid the cover (20) and got in. Was shown to a table and asked to get a drink (don't recall the price exactly, but was around 10 for red bull). The place has two separate rooms and I went from one to the other to look for some action (a good show? a good dance?) with no eval... There was no show (maybe I was too early? Can't tell) and none of the girls made me want to spend 20 for a 3 minute dance. After 20-30 minutes or so, I went out. I am not thinking of coming back there, unless I see reviews that convince me otherwise.
