I don't often have an opportunity...

I don't often have an opportunity to indulge in a Friday afternoon happy hour. When I do, however, I have $$$$ to spend, and I'm ready to be spoiled. Since HiLiter was decently reviewed and I was in the general area, my buddy and I headed in. Minimal cover with bouncer/concierge assistance 'helping' me find a table (Vegas Style). This place is pretty small and the fact my 'helper' expected a tip for finding a table for me was strike one. He sat us close to the dancers locker room door which was ok because we were able to check out the talent rather quickly. We watched 6-7 walk past us back/forth which I would rate a generous 6 or 7 for a full 15 minutes. We were asked once for a dance which we both declined because we were more interested in a drink to get started. Not once were we visited by a cocktail waitress, but we watched 3 walk past us several times. We cut our losses and headed elsewhere. I don't have the kind of opportunity to give this run-down place another chance. Too bad, because their location is great for me.
