In early September on a Sunday...

In early September on a Sunday evening I made the trip from Chicago to Beloit to visit this club. Perhaps it was just not a good night, but I stayed for maybe 15 or 20 minutes and left. The club was topless, not totally nude for one thing. That is not necessarily a bad thing, but as I watched the stage show, the dancers gave the most perfunctory show for a tip - barely entertaining a customer for more than a few seconds, in some instances just kneeling and taking the dollar and moving on. Because of this, it was nearly impossible to tell which dancer would be good for a private dance. So I decided not to take a chance wasting bucks on "air" dances and headed back to Chicago, where I stopped in at Carl's Lounge before going home.
