The name is actually $tripper$. Since Cafe' Erotica is gone, this club is 1/2 mile west of I-75 and shares a building with the Raceway Gas Station (an independant, not the chain). It had been awhile since I'd stopped here and thought it deserved another chance. Admission for my late evening, almost midnight visit was $12. I thought the cover was a bit high, but declined buying a beverage twice with no problem.

The cashier is seated behind a raised counter on the left as you enter. Toys and novelty items are for sale behind the counter. Once you've paid the cover and walk through the door, the counter continues and becomes the bar. Turning to the right puts you into the table area, but behind a rail. There are about 8 tables in this area. There are also 4 or 5 VIP cubicals, each with a glass door facing into the room and the stage. Going into the railed area you'll find about 8 or 10 more tables around the stage. The stage is interesting as it is probably 18 inches off the floor, but has half walls that come up to a table height. There are chairs around the stage. The girls danced two song sets, and the first two sets I saw were two girls on stage. Both dancers using the pole, and occasionally both on the pole at the same time. Tops come off quickly and the girls are nude by the end of the first dance.

The black & white checkerboard tile floor looked clean, better than most of the carpeted clubs I've seen. The tables are large enough for 3 to sit and order something to eat, might be a little crowded for 4 people to eat. The chairs are typical hardbacks with a little padding, much like you'd find in a budget steakhouse. I never saw a menu, but the dancer that came over to sit with me brought her burger and fries. She was polite and offered to share, but I declined as I'd already eaten.
