This club is by far one...

This club is by far one of the absolute best strip clubs I have ever been to. The atmosphere is pure fun. The hustle factor is as low as I have ever seen in any strip club. I have not been there since last year in March but I have been there several times over the past 5 years. Every time I am in Key West I make a point to visit this club. There is another club upstairs that is also terrific called Bare Assets. Very similar and I would guess run by the same management. The Red Garter actually sits back just a bit off of Duval and is mingled in with some outside bars where you can dance and/or listen to some live music. Originally from New York I know a good slice of Pizza and there is a fairly decent slice to be had on the right as you walk down an alley way that paved with some cobble stone and just the right amount of noise and lighting to create the perfect fun experience. There is a cover charge of $10 but it is well worth it. There are usually 20-25 girls working and they are extremely friendly and generous with regards to allowing the occassional hand on the curves of their body even without a tip or a private dance. I have read some of the other reviews about this club and have to disagree in that I felt the women were absolutely gorgeous and more importantly friendly. The dances are $20 per song but that is nothing unusual and certainly is customary. What is so special about this club is the near full body contact that is permitted while receiving your lap dance. The girls come completely nude and allow contact within the confines of the law. There is no prostitution and I am not sure how much detail I should include in this review but let me just say...Wow! The environment is fun, legal, clean and well controlled. I have never seen any violence or inappropriate behavior. This place is just pure honest male fun. BTW most of the strippers are lesbian and if you are as lucky as I am to have a woman who will come with you to play then you are in for an absolute treat. VIP trips will cost you about $500 but I do not believe there is any prostitution. At least, none I am aware of since I do not look for that. If you can afford it, you are also allowed to pay for lap dances with 2 girls at once at $40 per song and again if you can afford it, what can I say...It's fun.
