A very local club, which is part of its appeal. Strip clubs in Honolulu are usually found in very mixed-use neighborhoods. Rock Za is right across from the Hawaii Convention Center, Femme Nu is next to a popular jazz club, and Exotic Nights is just across the street from a Sports Authority store. As you walk in to Exotic Nights, the first thing you notice is how dark it is. I got to Exotic Nights about 2:30 AM on January 6, after Femme Nu closed, and I felt like an astronomer having to wait 20 minutes until his eyes adjusted to the dark. That said, it's worth it. Lots of lovely (and very physical) girls, mainly local/Pacific rim but with a few mainlanders as well. There's a particularly strong contingent of slender and supple Filapenas. There are three stages, with 2-4 girls per stage. The girls are not aggressive in terms of lady-drinks, and only ask you once if you decline their offer. If you live here, or if you want a truly local strip club experience, I'd definitely recommend this place. And the great thing is that you can spend time in Rock Na, Femme Nu or 939 (all just up the road) till their roughly 1:50 AM closing times and still spend 90 minutes in Exotic Nights before their curtain rings down at 4 AM.
