I have been here a couple of times. There is usually a good mix of girls and they are very friendly and not pushy. The DJ is usually decent, nothing too crazy and no just one type of theme. The place is fairly large and the seating is comfortable and there is a variety of places to make you comfortable. The girls come in all different types of flavors and I still can't pick the best night to go. After getting in it is not too long before the waitress comes around to take your non-alcohol drink order. Girls are constantly moving around so at least you can see who is there. If a girl is sitting with you it is up to you to get her a non-alcoholic drink, I have passed on some and they don't mind but they are not afraid to get you to get a lap dance. They make it hard to resist getting a 3 for 1. It is a cool place and I can't say I ever had a bad time here.
