Made my second trip ever to...

Made my second trip ever to H8S on a recent Saturday. First trip was a year and a half ago, when they had no liquor license. At that time, there seemed to be about 3 women working, and there were maybe 3 or 4 customers at the bar, drinking sodas or water and talking with the two bartenders, with their backs to the stage. The one dancer on stage was just going through the motions, and didn't seem too interested in getting my attention. I was just there looking for someone, and the place was so depressing I was happy to leave when I found out they had no idea who she was.

Flash forward a year and a half. It's a Saturday night and the place is comfortably full of working man and neighborhood types. It's quite dark, which is a good thing because most of the dancers are a bit long in the tooth and/or thick through the middle and/or heavily made up. The dancers on stage are selling it pretty well and there's a lot of activity in/out of the vip. I find a place at the bar away from the stage and order a beer. I'm looking for a particular dancer, a refugee from Bogarts (deemed too old for their standards), and I see her sitting with a customer on the other side of a bend in the bar closer to the stage. Several dancers sit next to me, but I tell them I'm waiting for someone so they don't press too hard (I was disappointed, however, that I didn't get the "Henry's handshake" that so many reviews mention).

After a few more minutes my dancer gives up on her customer and sits next to me. It's nice to catch up and she seems genuinely glad to see me. I'm massaging her back and she's telling me when she will be working the next few days, almost apologetically, like there isn't enough time now for LDs or she doesn't expect me to move that fast (it's probably around 12:30). When I say "what about right now?" she seems surprised and pleased. In the vip she is very sensuous, tender, and sexy, and seems to be having as much fun as I am. I keep asking her the song count, and she's consistently under counting, to the point of being ridiculous - like after about 10 songs she says "oh, that couldn't have been more than 5", like she doesn't want it to end. Finally she has to go up on stage, so we stop. She runs out without her money without even hesitating, trusting me to not slip out. I sit at a low table by the stage and watch her set - very sexy - she's a tall, slender brunette in fantastic shape for her age, and very graceful. After coming down she apologies and says she has to check on another customer, but almost immediately comes right back and we spend the rest of the time until closing sitting together. Definitely enjoyed the time I spent with her.
